Emo/Scene.

If one more person comes up to me and says:
"Hey- she's totally EMO? She has got to cut herself!"
or
"Hey- I JUST LOOOVE scene kids!"
I sware that I will BURST!
I mean emo- originally started out as a type of music and now media has translated it into: A WAY OF LIFE! I mean c'mon how many people are going to follow the steryotype that "emo kids" cut themselves!
This is becoming a serious threat in the U.S.!
Like lookie here: the other day I was on a web-site and about 75% of the people on that site were saying " Hey - I'm emo and I want emo people to come to my page!" or "Hey- life stinks- I cut myself. Yeah, I'm emo!"
And then the whole "scene" trend thingy. Same story.
I mean you can't just say a person who listens to rock is a rocker or a person who listens to rap and call them "gangsta". That is just charactrizing!
On top of that- everyone in this century is trying so hard to be different that they all turn into the same kind of different- and thus they all become the same.
And then there's kids like me: who are the stupid realists, who say everythings wrong with the world and they're perfect. So everyone has their faults. Everyone sucumbs to peer pressure- thas just how we ROLL!

What I Hate!

Look- I know you, whoever you may be, are probably not interested about what I am about to say, but hey- this is important!
So here is the thing- I just realized I am so weak.
Not in the physical sense- that's obvious.
But in the emotional sence- I can be SO easily swayed- it's unbelievable! I mean c'mon like look today I came into class with my mind set on NOT going to an event. THE MINUTE my friend said I should go - I changed my mind. On top of that, yesterday- I was stating my opinion to a friend and I said " You'd look better with this haircut." and then my other friend said "No-Val! You are WAY wrong." and said "OK!"
OK?
OK?
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I hate this - I bet if like a murder came up to me and offered candy- I would agree! That is how vulnerable I seem to be!
How PATHETIC!!!!!!!!
Grrrrr.
I hate that about myself - but I just cannot change it! It is killing me- devouring me slowly.
Grrrrr.

Twilight.

Wow.

Wow.

Yup, that's pretty much THE word to sum up Twilight, by Stephenie Meyer.

Dead serious.

This is a book that I cannot even begin to describe to you- without daydreaming about its characters.

So, you know what?

I think that I am not going to describe it to you- cause that is impossible, considering my lack of knowledge on adjectives other that WOW! to explain the thrill of emotion you get from reading it.

Let's START with the fact that it is a book for BOTH genders.

So - if you are a GUY- do not be afraid, you shall not be called names.

GIRLS- you'll love it too- so no worries.

Look, since my teacher is about to come any minute I can't keep on writing - but just trust me if you are between the ages of :

CAN READ and NOT DEAD

You will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this novel!

Trust me.

I no lie.

What If?

What if -

The stars were green?

What if-

The blades of grass were orange?

What if?

What if -I never met you?

How would life be?

For once I got to know you-

The stars in the sky seemed brighter

And the blades of grass seemed taller...

Everything changed.

Me and you were meant to be .

What if we never met?

What would I be?

What would you be?

Two incomplete people searching for each other?

Just tell me.

What if?

The Silence.

The cemetery was silent-
Except for the lull of the winds calling me closer and closer
The willows-
Mesmerized, danced with the wind.

The car came to a sudden halt.
We got out.
I couldn't make out the lettering of the gravestone,
But, I felt the familar path beckon me closer.

I walked and made small talk.
But - as we got closer to where he lay
All talk dispersed,
And only echoe's of echoes could be heard dissapearing far off in the distance.

I felt a sudden flow of tears-
Pouring out of my eyes.
I couldn't help but overhear,
the ghastly sobs coming from within my companion's soul.

That silence drew me closer than ever before to the grave-
And to my fellow friend.

Ignorance may be bliss.
But, silence- well, it's Heaven for all I know.

A Great Poem.

Fire and Ice
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

-Robert Frost

Teenagers.

Teenagers- the youth of tommorow, eh?
No- I think NOT.
How are teenagers supposed to progress and become more educated- with all this crap they see on television?
I am completely serious- I mean, I know so many of us humans [ha] are addicts of t.v.- but c'mon - half the stuff on it is just ....just - well crap.
For one, have you seen Family Guy?
Obviously- everyone loves this idiocracy- but what you fail to understand is what this show is teaching you; to disrespect women, to disrespect religion[if you have one] and other things.
And guys, I am not gonna blame Family Guy - for what our world is perceiving, theres other shows, movies and, yes, even commercials- I mean there are commercials for theres this -"Jane" who has ugly hair and she washes it with like Loreal- her life is perfect. I mean c'mon - talk about false hope and false reasoning!
And then there those dramatic shows, that teach people how to live- and yet, no one notices it. I mean, I bet you in some movie, like Freaky Friday [don't gemme wrong - I love that movie], where she yells : "I hate you mom- you're ruining my life!!!"- and then all these kids and teens think its ok. So, in many ways- television and the effects that it comes with are changing the status and ways of lives of many, many teens...

What The Heck Is This?

The Real Times.
Yes, no joke.
Now, the main question is: "What the hell is it?"
Right.
Well.
It's simply a look of the world through a nimrod's perspective.
Oh', and yes the nimrod is moi.
